Return Policy for Mixers:
There are no refunds for mixers. If for any reason you cannot make the event, store credit is provided if you let us know in advance - before 1 week ahead of the finalized mixer date. If you cancel or are a no show within the 1 week of the event, there will be no refunds nor store credit.

Return Policy for Clothing:
there is a two week exchange policy for swimwear. exchanges will not be processed if they're past the 14 day mark of the received date. our items are exchangeable for other styles or for store credit.
items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged with tags attached. items with deodorant, make up, or tanning marks will not be accepted. we reserve the right to reject an exchange if it is not in its original condition. customers are responsible for shipping the item back to our facility and payment for the 2nd shipment. (we are not responsible for any shipping costs incurred after the shipment of your initial order for exchanges.) the second exchange is final sale.
once your item(s) are received, we will send you an email with a new tracking number regarding your shipment. we recommend obtaining a tracking number for your return as we are not responsible for undelivered parcels. we do not credit original and/or return shipping costs.
jewellery, clearance, sale items, or items purchased with a discount are final sale.
